- Measure bare thighs while in a standing position.
- Start from inside your thighs at about 1 inch below your crotch.
- Measure the true circumference of your thighs at THIS level. Not too tight, not too loose. We already calculated the elasticity of the fabric into our sizing.

How do I know I measured correctly?
Double check with our Pants Size Tips here. If you usually wear size L (10-12) in pants/skirts, most likely your bands size would be size L (C Large 25-26") too, unless your thighs are smaller than your hips (thinner thighs). In this case you need to size down.

How do I properly wear my bands?
- Slide the bands up to the very top of your legs.
- First place bands on the inside of your thighs as close to the crotch area as possible.
- Adjust the rest of the band around the thighs at THIS level.
- Make sure the bands are placed UNDER the “Smiling line” in the back to prevent bands from rolling by the push of the buttocks while walking.
*Don’t use lotions or powder as it affects silicone adhering to the skin.

Amazing! These have revolutionized my hot weather life. I’ve tried everything in the book to stop the chafing. Creams, powders, and rub ons don’t last and often irritate my skin. Slip shorts are just an extra layer and make me sweat more, often riding up or rolling down. Shapewear is just plain uncomfortable. Bandelettes changed everything! They don’t budge, even on the hottest most active days. They’re cute and make me feel like I have a sexy secret. They don’t pinch or squeeze or roll or add an extra sweaty layer to an outfit. I put off buying these for years, but finally got too sick of wearing bike shorts under all my dresses. I love this product. They stay up, fit perfectly. I don’t even think about them most of the time. My only complaint would be that there are still parts of my thighs that rub around the band, so it would be nice if they came in LONGER sizes too. Just an extra inch or so. Because when my lower thighs rub, it causes the bands to roll up sometimes. Thanks!

I got a pair of these to stop chafing/having to wear shorts under everything and they work so well!! I wore them with a dress this past weekend and I was out with my friends for TWELVE hours and they never rolled down or moved out of place. I’m obsessed with them & just bought a second pair! I have bigger thighs so I didn’t go with the pant-size suggested size, I measured my thighs at the largest point and went with the size that matched that number of inches. I probably could’ve sized down one or two because there’s a LOT of stretch, but they don’t fall down on me and they don’t dig into my skin so I’m extremely happy with them!
If you’re hesitating, STOP! Just buy them!! You won’t regret it!

I love wearing skirts but I don’t love that my thighs chafe when I do. Bandelettes has been a real life saver. They’re light and breathable so I don’t have to worry about sweat, and I won’t worry about wearing through the high quality material for quite a while yet. I just wanted to leave you guys a review on the pair that I bought. First of all, thank you of creating such a wonderful product, not only is it effective and stays in places it prevents from chaffing for us curvy girls making it possible to feel sexy and comfortable in any dress. This product has helped me in another unexpected way. I suffer for an auto immune disorder known as hidradenitis suppurativa. As someone with stage 2, even the smallest amount of friction can lead to a flare. Knowing that this product can prevent me having flares during the summer season has literally been a life saver. When I do have a flare, these have also helped keep my bandages in place so I can wear loose clothing without fearing of tugging on the bandage or falling off.
This unexpected use of this product has helped me tremendously and I just wanted to say thank you. I’ll be recommending this product to numerous other friends and sufferers of this disease.

I just wanted to leave you guys a review on the pair that I bought. First of all, thank you of creating such a wonderful product, not only is it effective and stays in places it prevents from chaffing for us curvy girls making it possible to feel sexy and comfortable in any dress. This product has helped me in another unexpected way. I suffer for an auto immune disorder known as hidradenitis suppurativa. As someone with stage 2, even the smallest amount of friction can lead to a flare. Knowing that this product can prevent me having flares during the summer season has literally been a life saver. When I do have a flare, these have also helped keep my bandages in place so I can wear loose clothing without fearing of tugging on the bandage or falling off.
This unexpected use of this product has helped me tremendously and I just wanted to say thank you. I’ll be recommending this product to numerous other friends and sufferers of this disease.
