How We're Handling the COVID-19 Situation at Bandelettes

Dear Bandelettes Family, The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. Second, at Bandelettes® we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families and communities. In light of developments regarding COVID-19, we want to proactively provide details and additional transparency about our attempts to slow down the spread and flatten the curve. At our Corporate Office we are offering work-from-home flexibility for office team and at our fulfillment and warehouse center implementing rotating schedules to reduce the number of people in a single location and to separate individuals in common teams as much as possible. We are cleaning and disinfecting our facilities as appropriate, using the most effective tools and processes along with proper hand washing. You can also rest assured that our products are safe. Our current inventory was stocked in 2019, well before the beginning of the outbreak. Furthermore, the CDC has released this statement in regards to product contamination concerns:
"...because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods..." - From the CDC Website
Our customers are our first priority and we are continuously monitoring the recommendations from the CDC and WHO. Remember only together we will remain strong and get through this! Stay safe and healthy!
