How long does it take to ship within the US?

Usually, it takes 4-5 business days after orders are shipped. U.S. orders over $50 ship free!

What are the international shipping timeframes and tracking details?

Usually, international deliveries take up to 10-14 business days but sometimes could be delayed by your customs office.

DHL e-commerce arranges for your parcel to be delivered to the destination country via DHL’s logistics network. And then the final mile delivery is done by the local postal service in the destination country.

You can use this website to track your packages but be advised that the tracking link is updated within the USA only. After packages leave the USA, the tracking status will not be updated while packages are being cleared through customs and delivered to the address.

How to measure thighs?

Check out our How To Measure page for tips on ensuring the perfect fit for your Bandelettes. We strongly recommend that first time buyers measure their thighs following the instructions, as the correct fit stops the bands from rolling or slipping.

If my measurements fall in between sizes, what size should I choose?

We suggest you select the smaller of the two sizes. A snug fit ensures your bands will stay in place and continue to provide protection.

Do they roll up or slip off?

They do not roll up or down or slip off if you’re wearing the correct size. Don’t guess – measure your thighs!

How should I wash Bandelettes® Thigh Bands?

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and air dry.

How can I tell if my Bandelettes® Thigh Bands are authentic?

Unfortunately, we’ve found many fake Bandelettes Thigh Bands on the market. If you think you may have inadvertently purchased a counterfeit product.

One of the standout features for me is the elastic waistband, which deserves praise for its cozy snugness and comfort. It gently hugs my waist without digging in, accommodating my (ever-changing) body shape effortlessly. This makes it an ideal choice for those days when comfort is non-negotiable.

I bought the Performance thigh bands for running, and they are fantastic. They stay in place throughout my workout, and I don't worry about chafing. It's a game-changer for anyone who gets some chafing during workouts. Highly recommend giving them a try!

These work great when it starts to get hot out. They wick away the moisture and have so far prevented any discomfort I usually get. I walk outside a lot for work.
